Design Flexibility
NUDURA comes in various shapes and sizes - including corner pieces and radius curves, which makes it ideal for unusual design projects.  Large open spaces, over-sized window openings and even curved walls can all be created easily and safely with NUDURA.

And, because the material is strong and easy to waterproof, NUDURA is also great for building basements, underground garages, or for homes built into a hill.  The cement centre is strong enough to take the weight of soil when you backfill against it.
 

Structural Strength
NUDURA’s concrete structure is extremely strong, durable and safe.  And, unlike timber-frame, the structural materials will not rot away or require on-going maintenance.

In addition, the innate strength of the material supports unusual modern designs, including large open spaces and large window openings.
 

Energy Efficiency
NUDURA provides a complete envelope of insulation, so you can create a passive house that retains heat from solar gain and requires virtually no additional heating.

This excellent energy-efficiency stems from the fact that NUDURA is a concrete wall that is completely insulated both inside and out, with no air spaces, studs or thermal bridging to exterior walls. 

As a result, NUDURA provides energy-efficiency that is superior to timber frame or traditional block built homes.
 

Trained Installers
We only supply NUDURA building materials to Certified NUDURA Installers.  All installers must undergo our intensive training course and pass the detailed Certified Installer Examination.  All Certified Installers also have access to support and advice from a NUDURA expert in Ireland - who has over 20 years experience in building with I.C.F. products across North America.

Full BBA Approval
NUDURA has achieved official certification from the British Board of Agrément (BBA), the UK’s major approval body for new construction products and installers.

BBA certificates are recognised within the building industry as proof that products have been rigorously assessed, will allow compliance with Building Regulations to be achieved and will last for a defined period.
 

Planning Permission
Building with NUDURA does not hinder the planning permission process.  NUDURA is compatible with all types of roofing materials, and supports any kind of wall finish, so we can meet the planning requirements in your area.
