Foundations are prepared as normal, and rising walls are constructed with NUDURA.

Pre-made radius curves can be supplied for a curved structure such as this unusual house in Co. Laois.

Floor insulation and all services are installed as in a standard build.

NUDURA’s wall system is quick and easy to erect.

The lightweight formwork simply clicks into place - like oversized Lego!

Walls must be properly supported with braces before concrete can be poured.

Concrete is poured into the NUDURA formwork structure for finished walls with excellent strength and durability.

Concrete is vibrated into place to ensure consolidation.

The insulating formwork stays in place when the concrete hardens - to provide a complete envelope of insulation around the structure, both inside and out.

The NUDURA build system is compatible with any type of floor system.

Timber, metal, or precast concrete floors can be used.

Roof structure is put onto the NUDURA I.C.F. structure as in a standard build.

Roof is completed and windows are installed ready for external rendering.

Once the building is sealed, NUDURA ceiling insulation is fitted to create a complete energy-efficient insulation envelope.

The completed NUDURA build offers exceptional energy-efficiency and comfort.

A wide range of external finishes can be used, including stone, brick or timber cladding, and acrylic render (as used in this example).
